Malaysian Bilingual (English/Chinese) Content Writer Needed to turn a video to a blogpost

We are a Singapore-based education company seeking a long-term Malaysian content writer who understands Chinese students and can write engaging, strategic content for WeChat.

This is a trial task for a long-term position.

Your tasks:
1.Watch a short social media video (~15 mins) about an English test concept
2.Research popular post titles from WeChat subscription accounts (微信公众号)
3.Use our template to write 5 attention-grabbing WeChat article titles

We will send you the video after assigning the task to you.

Time Required: 1-2 hours
Pay: $20 USD
Bonus: +$20 if the title we use reaches 1,000+ views in 24 hours after publishing

Long-Term Opportunity
If the trial goes well, you may be invited to join us long term.
Commitment: ~6 hours/day (flexible, async)
Rate: $600–$800/month base + performance bonuses
You will create 2–3 posts per week and be paid for time spent learning our method via our course materials.

You Must Be:
Malaysian
Fluent in Simplified Chinese and English (native level)
Able to commit 6 hours/day long term (not a side gig)
A strategic thinker — someone who reflects, improves, and questions
