Customer Service + Order Management Rep for Ecommerce, Automotive background is a plus, must speak perfect english

I am looking for a Customer Service + Order Management Rep for my e-commerce business which specialize in making custom steering wheels. The ideal candidate should have an automotive background and must speak perfect English. The following responsibilities are expected of the freelancer:

- Managing orders and responding to customer inquiries
- Working for 10-20 hours per week
- Take phone calls and manage emails
- Chinese Speaking is a plus but not required.
- Have knowlege of cars is a big plus
- Candidate ideally can interact with our supplier directly but a summary of inquiry per day and we take over the rest is OK too. Suppliers are mandarin speaking thus speaking the language is a big plus.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and order management. They should be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. They should also be able to manage orders and handle returns and refunds. Good communication skills and proficiency in English are essential. An automotive background is preferable.
