We need Q&A drafting with great Chinese skills

We are doing a startup of an online shopping tool, which currently needs to gather preferences from consumers.

What we can do is providing the key aspects/dimensions which people usually value the most about a specific category.

We need help with creating Q&As lists of a specific category to get people's preferences

We want the language of the Q&As to be as natural and user friendly as possible. (definitely not blunt ones)
