Writing chinese by looking to chinese word

We have some old engineering drawings drawn by pencil and the text written in the drawing is also written by hand so I need to get that text written by a computer.
I will send the pdf file and you just need to write the same Chinese character near to each Chinese character only. You can do this by using the insert text option under the comment section available on most to the pdf viewer. You can see my file for the reference.
