Search texts in a txt file, copy and paste into Excel

I need some help in search texts in a txt file, copy and paste into an Excel document.
The working document is an Excel spreadsheet. It has two columns. One column is the Chinese character for 唐诗. I need their correspondent English in the next column, one by one. (for 100 poems)
I will provide English versions available in a txt file. I need help to search the right title and put them into the columns in Excel.
So I will provide 3 documents.
1. An Excel spreadsheet, working file.
2. A txt file, which contains all the English contents, that you can search from and copy from.
3. A PDF file, which a scan copy of a 唐诗 book for your reference.
