Post my Youtube videos on Billibilli

I have 105 YouTube videos on my YouTube channel. I would like to start posting my content on bilibili. I am looking for someone fluent in Chinese and English who is good with technology. I would send you the video to be posted, the thumbnail, the description, video tags etc. I would expect you to post the video + thumbnail and translate and post the description and tags.
I will also need help creating my billibilli account
Eventually we will need to contact billibilli because some of my videos are illegally posted there so I am hoping you will be able to help me navigate that process as well
