Help me with a project -- 2

Hi, I'm looking for a tutor who is proficient in applied artificial intelligence and electrical engineering. I'm doing a project with my friends. You must be either a native English speaker or a native Chinese speaker. We can work on zoom one hour per day until the project is finished so I'll pay hourly. Salaries can be discussed in further detail. In terms of the difficulty of the nature of the project, it shouldn't be that hard from a pro's perspective.
