Baidu conversion tracking setup and campaign optimization (Chinese only can apply)

Hi, We already got a working baidu account, but we need to optimize it:

1. Finish the conversion tracking (through tongji or else)
2. optimize the current sem campaign
3. Setup the ad campaign for the newsfeed and content marketing, with tracking.
