APP/website developer

We are looking for app/web-developer to setup a travel-related mobile-app and probably also website. Please note: the app will be used in mainland China, so the developer must be Chinese or has advanced communication-level Mandarin and simplified-Chinese knowledge (if not, please don`t apply, thiank you).
It would be perfect, if the applicant has knowledge/understanding of the Chinese travel/touristic-market, especially in the camping/RV-field. Beneficial would also be, if the applicant is located in the Shenzhen/Huizhou area.
