a simple mini java project using swing

I need a simple mini java project using swing (not fx) using Netbeans 8.2
To do the following:
Gym profile:
1. An simple login / register interface [with a simple background img or color and any logo from google.

2. After login a profile window is opened that contain: Profile page where the user can see and update his information such as
a. Profile picture
b. name
c. Sex
d. Age
e. Height
f. Weight
3. For the window in (2) there should be 4button:
i- Edit
ii- Calculate BMI (kg/m2)
iii- Calculate calories
Here is the equation
Women:
Daily Calorie Requirement for Light Activity = 1.375 * BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men:
Daily Calorie Requirement for Light Activity = 1.375 * BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year)

iv- Logout
4. In edit window: the user can change
a. the profile picture
b. age
c. height
d. weight
e. name
f. or delete account and exit
any additional effort will be nice, just make it very simple.
