simple CRM integration with GSuite for renovation business

need someone knowledgeable with all the CRM software to recommend, and integrate with Gmail, Google Calendar, API for website integration
not looking for a lot, but the best to automate most, if not every task, such as
- client details (name, address, phone number) from the form on site, be saved in Gmail for replies (name), to Google Calendar for a quote and job scheduling (address), and contact s(phone)
- simple invoicing
- automated first email replies, and follow up
- would be nice if there was a SQUARE payment integration for collecting payments
- would be nice if there was a contract/agreement with DocuSign (or any auto-sign software)
