I am looking for an experienced RF / Microwave design engineer to develop a wideband amplifier using Non Chinese components.
Key Requirements:
• Frequency range: 400–2500 MHz OR 400–6000 MHz (final range can be discussed)
• Output power: 50W or 100W
• Technology: Non Chinese RF power components (exact part selection can be optimized by the designer)
• Broadband design with good linearity and efficiency
• 50Ω input/output matching
Deliverables:
• Complete schematic design
• PCB layout files (Gerber, BOM, design source files)
• Simulation results (gain, efficiency, linearity, stability)
• Recommendations for thermal management and power supply design
Notes:
• The exact band and output power can be adjusted depending on feasibility and component availability.
• Preference for designers with proven experience in RF power amplifiers, broadband matching networks, and high-frequency PCB design.
• Potential for long-term collaboration in future high-power RF projects.
