LEO OFDM Signal Positioning Framework --Matlab

I need a complete pseudorange positioning framework developed using my LEO comm-nav integrated OFDM signal, where a subset of subcarriers is designed to convey navigation data. While I already have partial technical specifications for the signal, there’s flexibility for you to decide on the best approach to implement this framework.
The task involves creating a system for four-satellite positioning using pseudorange measurements. For the algorithm, I am open to suggestions; however, if it fits the solution, the Kalman Filter is my preferred option. The focus will be on ensuring robustness and accuracy in handling the specific signal design provided.
