Project Overview:
We're building an industrial-grade robot module and need a production-ready PCB designed from the ground up. The board will serve as the core electronics hub, handling power management, on-board signal processing, and digital communication between the controller and robot systems. This board must operate reliably within a robot enclosure.


What We're Looking For:
We have functional circuit schematics and a clear technical outline ready to share. We need a designer to transform these into manufacturing-ready deliverables with attention to:
1. Clean, well-documented schematics
2. Optimized PCB layout with proper routing and signal integrity
3. EMI/EMC compliance following industrial best practices
4. Thermal management for continuous operation
5. Long-term serviceability and maintenance considerations


Deliverables:
1. Complete schematic pack (PDF + editable KiCAD source files)
2. Optimized PCB layout with all design files (KiCAD project)
3. Manufacturing outputs: Gerber files, drill files, pick-and-place data, and detailed BOM
4. Design documentation and design decisions explained


Technical Requirements:
- Platform: KiCAD (required)
- Approach: Collaborative iterative design with feedback cycles
- Experience preferred: Industrial safety standards (IEC, UL), reliability standards (FMEA), or similar certifications a plus


To move forward with the project, please note the following prerequisite conditions:
1. Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect intellectual property and confidential information
2. Work order or contract established on a project basis
3. Freelancer availability during Indian Standard Time (IST) for communication and collaboration
4. Payment terms: either hourly rate or fixed project fee.
