High-Frequency RF PCB Design

I'm looking for an experienced RF PCB designer to create a medium-sized (10-50 cm²) PCB for a SAR sensor application. The primary application is yet to be defined, but it's crucial that the design operates efficiently above 1 GHz.

Key requirements:
- RF PCB design expertise
- High-frequency design knowledge (above 1 GHz)
- Experience with medium-sized PCBs (10-50 cm²)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
