RF Circuitry for PVC Welders
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an experienced RF designer to create the core high-frequency circuit that drives a PVC welding machine. The target system already has its mechanical and control sections laid out, but the RF stage that actually delivers the welding energy still has to be engineered from scratch.
Your focus will be on circuit design only—everything from the oscillator and driver through the matching network to the output stage that feeds the welding electrodes. Component choices should reflect availability, thermal robustness, and cost-effectiveness; I will handle sourcing once the design is locked.
Deliverables
• Complete schematics of the RF stage, clearly annotated
• Bill of materials with part numbers and key specifications
• Brief design note explaining operating frequency selection, impedance-matching approach, and expected output power
I work comfortably with Altium, KiCad, or EasyEDA files, so feel free to pick the tool you prefer as long as the output is shareable. Once we sign off on the schematic and BOM, I’ll spin the first prototype PCB in-house. If you can stay available for a quick review of layout-related questions, even better.
Let me know your relevant experience with industrial RF power applications or similar high-frequency welding systems, and an estimated turnaround time for the schematic package.
