Modern Home Repair Signage

I need a fresh, modern-and-sleek design for the exterior signage of my home maintenance and repair business. The look I’m after is crisp, easy to read from a distance, and instantly communicates professionalism without feeling sterile.
I have attached a photo of the desired look I am going for.

Here’s what will make the concept click:
• Color direction – a predominantly white and/or black treatment paired with blue accents. White and or black should command most of the background or negative space, while easy to read colors highlights key elements such as the business name, iconography, or a subtle underline.
• Style – as pictured, this is ultimately the style I am going for.
• Content – the design must include the business name, the business icon (which I will clarify) a concise “home maintenance and repair!” tag line, and room for a phone number and web address. I’ll supply the exact wording once we kick off.
• Final files – I’ll need both print-ready PDF and editable vector originals (AI or EPS) so I can adapt the artwork for vehicle decals and social media headers later on.

Once the initial concept is approved, one round of refinements should nail the final piece. If you can showcase previous signage or branding work with a similar modern aesthetic, that would be a big plus.
