Update SIMENS NX ADD-IN

We have already developed a SIMENS nx ADD-IN that integrates with LEO AI. We plan to add the following features:
1. Support for new features called partReplacement and assemblyInspection. These two features are very similar to existing ones, but when you click a button, you send the file path of the component to which the feature will be applied. You must save the file before sending it. To support this feature, we've added new fields called placeLikeComponentTitle and placeLikeFilePath to the NX-side API.
2. Add the ability to open STEP files.
For implementation details, please refer to the updated documentation. Most of the required information is between lines 959 and 1214 (see the full documentation for more details).

- Complete source code
- A video that intuitively displays the results
