I am looking for a high-level Freelancer to take full day-to-day control of my eBay store’s inventory and performance. Your primary mission is to ensure a 100% accurate, optimized catalog—from the moment an item is sourced until it is sold.
**IMPORTANT:** I am not just looking for a data entry clerk. I need someone with **proven experience in managing and scaling eBay sales** and a deep understanding of the **dropshipping model.**
### **Your Responsibilities:**
* **End-to-End Listing Management:** Source images, craft high-converting titles, write SEO-rich descriptions, and publish professional listings.
* **Inventory & Data Integrity:** You will plug directly into my custom spreadsheet system (SKUs, quantities, reorder points). You must update this daily, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure the eBay store perfectly reflects our live data.
* **Sales Optimization:** Monitor market trends to make price adjustments, replace photos, and tweak listings to keep them competitive and compliant with eBay’s latest policies.
* **Strategic Growth:** Proactively identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and scale sales volume beyond simple product uploading.
* **Reporting:** Provide a brief weekly summary of additions, edits, current inventory health, and any policy or stock issues spotted.
* **Dropshipping Pro:** Extensive experience managing dropshipping workflows and supplier feeds.
* **Spreadsheet Power User:** Complete comfort manipulating data in **Google Sheets or Excel.**
* **Growth Mindset:** A track record of actually **increasing sales** and improving listing visibility, not just maintaining them.
* **Attention to Detail:** Zero-tolerance for errors in pricing or stock levels.
I will provide initial training, brand guidelines, and ongoing supplier feeds. I expect a consistent, error-free environment and clear, proactive communication.
