shopify template edit

i purchased a template from shopify and needs minor edit to include 4 rows on collection list rather than 3 and also some formatting issues on mobile...

as you can see there are formatting issues...on mobile the letters are cut off...... ie furniture is not showing full text.
i also want to add another collection box next to accessories called carpets but the theme template only allows max of 3 collection listing..so need to edit the code
