I need a Shopify developer

I'm Lee the Co-owner of More Formula a sports supplement brand. We recently opened our website to the public and noticed the bounce rate was really high and that certain aspects of our site were in the red and performing low particularly the mobile phone aspect of the site. We need it to be optimised and performing at its highest attracting more conversions. Also our home page image needs shrinking as the image is huge on a desktop.
