eBay Template Creation for Shopify Integration

We are looking for the programming of an ebay design template according to our needs and design, the integration into shopify - Marketplace Connect and publishing to all listings.
I am in need of a new general eBay template designed to be used with Shopify's Marketplace Connect. The main objective of this template is to increase sales.
The design has already been prepared, I just need an expert to
a) bring it to life
b) publish it to all our ebay listings
