Turn Dawn theme's announcement bar into a slider

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY
We’re using Dawn theme.
Currently, if a second announcement is added, it just adds a new row.
DESIRED FUNCTIONALITY
When a second announcement is added, the text should turn into a slider, sliding in between then two or more announcements.
+ Add an option of desired slider interval In the Announcement bar in the theme Customiser.
+ In order to to make the page slower, please use the slick slider library, because it is already imported in the theme.
+ please ensure everything is optimised for mobile too + please ensure your code is clean uses best Shopify practices
