Skilled Shopify expert to do finishing touches to new website

Hi.
I’ve just built a Shopify website but i now need an expert to help make it look at its best, and add some bits and more professionalism to finish it. I need the following done…
1. Help me transfer the domain over from my current website
2. Make mobile friendly
3. Referral scheme (plug in)
4. Affiliate scheme (Plug IN)
5. Prompt to sign up for discount when someone enters my website
6. International shipping
7. International languages zones. Markets
8. Add recommendations accessories when putting something in cart (recommending they purchase another part with the product they have put in their cart. or offering them a discount on another part to add to their product
9. Recommend and implement changes to the layout to make the website look better
