Shopify template adjustment

Dear Expert.
I'm looking for somebody who can rework, recode a little my Shopify Template.
My template is: Helen - Wellness, Yoga Studio Shopify Theme https://themeforest.net/item/helens-spa-sectioned-shopify-theme/24036519
In the current template, I'm missing weight and unit price on the product list. (besides the regular price. )
The unit price should be added in all grids: recommended, collections etc.
All should be in german, for example : [Inhalt 200 ml (24,15 € * / 100 ml)]
If you can help me I would appreciate it.
