Shopify popup showing Christmas shipping info

Project Description:
I am looking for a developer to create a Shopify popup that will inform customers about Christmas shipping deadlines.
We want the popup live from 2pm UK GMT on Thursday 21st November until Tuesday 2nd 9am.
Christmas Themed popup
We would like to wish all our customers past and present a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
We will be closing from 3pm on 21st December and Re-opeining on 2nd January all orders between these dates will be processed and dispatched on the 2nd and 3rd of January.
