Shopify multi vendor site

Hi! I need to create a multivendor site in shopify .. I will explain how:
COMPANY-MAIN open a "master account" and put inside 100 items product of brand MAIN
COMPANY-MAIN open a "sub account" of CompanyA, CompanyB, CompanyC ... and share with CompanyA, B, C user/pwd as "admin" of the only Company they belong to.
So when a userA login ..is admin of CompanyA and can find inside all 100 items of MAIN but can
- set up a customisation layout, color, logo ..
- add other products
Customer of CompanyA are visible to COMPANY-MAIN but not of course of CompanyB
Statistic of CompanyA, B, C are visible to each "own" company and also to COMPANY-MAIN
We will also need to add some plugin and some scripting later.
Can someone help us to setup this?
