Shopify customisation

Looking for an Expert in shopify to help out

We are using the free ( refresh theme )

- make the header a sticky header ( stays at the top when scrolling )

- change the header colour to f43838

- when a purchase is made to have the symbol on shopping cart on top right corner to colour - f43838

- add to cart button changed to the colour f43838
