Shopify Website Customizations

I am looking for a Shopify expert who can help me with customizing my website. Here are the specific requirements for the project:
Collection Pictures for mobile use
- my collections pictures (5 of them) look good for desktop use at recommended 1420 x 180 pixels, but they are zoomed in and cropped in mobile view. My theme is Athens, and it doesn't let me differentiate pictures for desktop and mobile.
I need an expert to help me figure out how to get images to display better on mobile.
I have plenty of content, just need custom code work I think and guidance on picture image guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Shopify website customization is a must.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
- Familiarity with Shopify themes and app integrations.
- Ability to work with specific design elements and implement them into the website.
