fix home page layout errors for mobile devices and desktop
Mobile devices:
- the page moves to the sides of the screen
- the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen moves and does not have a correct adaptation to the mobile device
- When the screen is rotated the page has errors, it moves and the images do not adapt correctly to the space.
- place editable text on the mobile home slider (1 text by banner)
Desktop:
- place editable text on the home slider that is independent of the mobile device slider. (1 text by banner)
