Shopify Theme customization (Need adding custom code)

We're developing customization for "fabric swatch" button to the product page.
Because we want to show the fabric quality before purchasing the product. We control the fabric swatch button by metafields. (It's related swatch product.) When adding the free or paid swatch product products page, it added a swatch product with a related product title.
Please refer to the attached image for reference.

We need to Fix
- After updating shopify 2.0 , there is bug when add the swatch to cart drawer. When popup the cart drawer, it shows header. We need to fix it.

We need to customize in Cart Drawer and main cart as following
[in Swatch Product] - Not Showing “swatch product SKU” in cart drawer & main cart.
[in Swatch Product] - Not clickable “swatch product title” in cart drawer & main cart.
[in Swatch Product] - Clickable the product title and link to product page in cart drawer & main cart.
[in Swatch Product] - Show “product SKU” in cart drawer & main cart.

Pls note 2~5 Works only “swatch product”. Not the normal product
