Shopify Theme Designer/Customizer/Editor

I am looking for a Shopify theme designer/customizer/editor who can help me with theme customization using existing templates. I already have uploaded our theme, just need some minor edits to the theme to adjust it to the way we want it. Looking to work with someone long-term for all our Shopify design needs.
