Shopify Template Developer and Theme Building

Hello!
We are looking for a freelancer who is a pro at the shopify language and can easily and quickly code changes we need in our theme/site.
Examples of changes: Changing font, image size, adding/removing buttons or rows of products, adding banners, changing colors, etc.
The changes aren't very difficult but we have a few changes per day as we just created our site and are testing it on users.
Looking for someone who will work at an hourly rate, as the project isn't very large, just regularly needed to do changes long-term. The most important things for us are: clear communication and understanding, quality work done quickly and efficiently, openness and honesty about the code (if something can't be done, tell us that).
