Shopify Store new theme application and error fix

Hello,
I need help with two things so please read my post and reply to the specific tasks I am inquiring about. Please include the time to complete and the cost for both requests.
1. URGENT: I am having an issue with my Shopify Store there is an error message across the top and some products are showing a page of code that is not making sense. I need this issue fixed ASAP. I have provided snapshots of the code showing on the website and the product page.
2. I am using an older theme that was not purchased on Shopify so it cannot be updated. I want to purchase a genuine Shopify theme and have my store updated to reflect the new theme. Basically, I want the same layout but with the new updated theme.
I cannot fix the error message myself but I can create the store myself on Shopify I just want to hire someone because I do not have the time to update it. So I only need the new theme integrated with my current apps, and active products and I can do any additional modifications myself.
The error message I need fixed right away the new theme integration I want done quickly but it is not an urgent task.
