Shopify Redesign and Feature Integration

I'm looking for a skilled Shopify expert to give my online store a complete overhaul with a focus on enhancing user experience. We Have just purchased a theme and just need it set up and designed with really good eye catching design and UI. The site will have a feed from a supplier from which we will be selecting products for the store. ( product filters must be available for user selection etc,., ) This needs to be fully set up, ready to take payments ( this may be automatic in shopify) , also site must be SEO optimised. and it needs to be set up correctly with GDPR . It needs to have a subscribe to get discount off first order button and the email system behind that to collect user addresses and send out mail promotions. It must be multi currency. It must display users country flag from IP .
