Shopify Product Page Edit

I have a very easy task, we need a designer to make our product page look pretty. Our footer is pretty crap. We just have a newsletter. If you can put in a refund policy and terms of service and make our product page more "sleek" that would be amazing.

We are just starting out so the cheaper the better. THANK YOU!!!
