Shopify Product Image Resizing Adjustment

My Shopify store is currently experiencing an issue with our product image thumbnail resizing. The problem, as it stands, is that the product image is displayed in a smaller size and out of proportion.
Key requirements:
- Fixing the image resizing issue to ensure the product image is not rendered smaller or out of proportion.
- Maintaining the original aspect ratio of the resized images.
- Experience with Shopify themes and image resizing functionality.
This should be a very quick fi for someone that knows Shopify, it's likely just a setting that needs to be turned on/off!
