Shopify Gecko theme small fixes

I am looking for a Shopify expert to help me with some small fixes on my Shopify Gecko theme.

Specific Issues:
- I need help with fixing the navigation menu on my website.

Requirements:
- Newsletter email subscribe on the footer not working
- Color swatches do not reflect the right color
- Need a recaptcha on the Contact Us page
- The mouse-over button colors are inconsistent in some places
- The Mega menu mouse-over colors are inconsistent
- Remove "Agree to terms" from the cart page

Deliverables:
- I only require the freelancer to fix the problem, without providing a report.

Timeline:
- The fixes need to be done within a week.
