Shopify Developer Needed - PART TIME 20 hours per week AEDT (Sydney Time)

At Just Create It Digital, we've been creating digital magic for almost 4 years. As our team expands, we're on the lookout for a charismatic, switched-on, and tech-savvy individual to join us as a Shopify Developer.
A bit about you:
-Proficient in liquid programming language, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
-Extensive experience with Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields.
-Proven track record in Shopify development, including building custom themes and features from scratch and extensive modification of existing elements.
-Expertise in app setup and integration.
-Capable of generating custom-tailored Shopify themes and modifying pre-existing templates.
-Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all aspects of the ecommerce platform.
-Provide accurate time breakdowns in hours and minutes for development-related tasks prior to invoicing.
-Takes initiative and can solve problems independently without hand holding.
-Demonstrates a good eye for design and attention to detail. Ensures designs being developed are executed with pixel-perfect precision, maintaining identical fonts, colours, margins, and spacing as the supplied designs.
-Strong testing and debugging skills using browser console and external tools.

-Strong understanding of Shopify development principles and processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality code implementation.
-Ability to provide rationale behind development choices, while adhering to project requirements and guidelines.
-Up-to-date knowledge of Shopify platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in e-commerce.
-Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of taking initiative and finding solutions independently.
-Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

More about the position:
-Hours are 20 hours per week initially with the opportunity to go full time after 3 months (40 hours per week)
-Monday - Friday 11pm-3pm AEDT (Sydney time) - OR you choose - but has to be between 9am-5pm Sydney time
-Ideally, you are located within Australian time zones or +/- 3 or 4 hours. Most of our clients are located in Australia, NZ, Canada and USA
