Shopify Customizations for Optimized Online Store

I am looking for a skilled Shopify expert to assist with a few customizations on my online store. The tasks include:
Featured Products Section:
Currently, the homepage displays an unlimited number of products in the "Featured Products" section. I would like to limit this to a total of 8 products only. When more products are added, they should not automatically appear in this section.
Quick View Plugin:
On hovering over a product, there is an "Add to Cart" button that appears. I would like to remove this option and replace it with a "Quick View" button instead. A plugin can be used to implement this feature.
Price Translation in Filter Options:
The price displayed in the filter options should be translated and properly reflected, ensuring that users can filter products based on price, and it matches the currency and language settings of the store.
Page Load Issues (Desktop and Mobile):
Sometimes, the page does not fully load on both desktop and mobile devices. A refresh is needed to view the content. Additionally, the menu is not always loading correctly on mobile devices, and customers cannot click on the shopping cart until, for example, they click on a product. This issue needs to be resolved to ensure a smooth user experience across all devices.

For some products, there are multiple color options available. I would like to add a feature that allows users to select a color (e.g., via a color swatch or dropdown). When a color is selected, the corresponding images should appear, while the price and product details remain the same.
