Shopify Blog Template - Klaviyo Snippet

My previous designer designed the blog template and included an option within the template to upload an image to show up on Klaviyo's sign up from on the left side of the signup form. It was working then and he left the project. Now, when I upload it is not showing up on the Klaviyo signup form.
