Quick Shopify Ella Tweaks

I'm in urgent need of a skilled freelancer who specializes in Shopify, particularly with experience in the Ella theme. The goal is to make my Shopify store truly stand out by implementing some custom adjustments. Here's what I require:
I bought the Ella Theme and have it installed.
I need small changes.
1. Header to be styled. I created the header as I need, I just need CSS to customize the elements on it a bit.
2. I want the product archive to be with the Left Site bar and the products to have the ADD to CART button always visible.
3. I need to make a mega menu, I offer the categories and subcategories.
The budget is $50. I need it ready by tomorrow.
