Nail Wrap Store

I am looking for a developer to create my nail wrap store. I want simple yet elegant, eye-catching, probably 30-35 collections (I have the pictures of the wraps). I liked the simple sense ,layout and started but lack the time to finish. I want something I can easily manage after created.
