Minimalistic Shopify Theme Customization with custom Liquid.

I'm looking for a seasoned Shopify developer to code a custom theme for my store. The main goal is to enhance the visual design with a minimalistic approach.

I want a similar style to that for the product page. My product is different but the functionality should be the same with customised drop-down boxes which pull in options from different products. It should be just as well polished as it is on this page.
Work should be done with liquid code and not attempt to install any apps on the site.
