Improvement & Optimization of Shopify Theme

Hi there! I am looking for help with some specific enhancements to the Shopify theme for New West Knifeworks. https://www.newwestknifeworks.com/
We recently launched an updated theme on the Shopify 2.0 platform, but would like some additional dev fixes and do not prefer to work with the team that developed the customized theme. The required changes revolve around the following areas:
Theme Layout Adjustments:
• I need adjustments on the homepage, product pages, and collection pages. Some examples:
- removing unnecessary product specs fields
- removing extra space around certain page elements
- adding the option to add hyperlinks & buttons to certain page sections
- activating the search functionality on our secondary brand's page header
- allowing us to apply our secondary brand's header to additional product page templates
- fixing som display issues in our cart slide out (i.e. adding strike through to the compare at price, removing the big red exclamation point that shows up when pre-ordering an out-of-stock product)
- fixing issues with the buttons and bounding box for pop-up that appears to order custom engraving
- ensuring all these fixes and a few others not mentioned are mobile optimized
The ideal candidate for the job would have substantial experience in Shopify theme customization and a good understanding of UI/UX. You must have a keen eye for aesthetic design and also be proficient in adapting the theme for mobile responsiveness.
