Help my ebusiness platform websites, Ebay,shopify and Wordpress

We started our business with help of young computer experts. they started us on shopify and ebay. We also started a new website on wordpress with some new guys, but wasn't completed. I need an expert to help with these projects. Our income comes from ebay only and it's very frustrating because we want the othesites are not successful.
