HELP AT FIXING PROBLEMS FOR THE IMAGES AT ONE SLIDESHOW IN MY SHOPIFY STORE

Hello everybody! :)
I'm finding for a Shopify expert who can help me and my team at fixing some problems with 4 images in a Slideshow at my Shopify store.
To give yours more information about the case, we want to keep those images in the Slideshow at 'small'' size, fixing those problems with the dimensions in px (as you can see in the image number 1,the image is not well fixed, it gets blurry even if you use Shopify's recommended dimensions in px in for small banner images, even if you try to fix it at medium or big size for the slideshow i still having the same issue).
For the image number two, those text boxes wich appear above the banner, we pretend to design in the same image to post in the Slideshow with the same dimensions as we want so its not gonna be an inconvenient!
At least i want to know also if every image that i will want to set in a future should have the same issue, or if the problem can be fixed by code to fix automatically every image i will want to upload in a future its gonna be perfect, but it the problem should fixed for every image i will wanto to upload i want to learn about how can i do every time i will need :)
