Expert Shopify Theme Developer Required - READ CAREFULLY

I am looking for an expert Shopify theme developer that designs and also builds Shopify Stores.
The ideal candidate will be able to build a shopify theme template from scratch from only a PSD file given to him or her.
The site will have to be IDENTICAL to the psd and cannot look any different.
I also require the coding to be clean and theme to be FULLY responsive (as per PSD)
Please only reply if you have built a theme from scratch and also send **ONE** example of a theme you have created. If more than one example is sent then your application will be automatically disregarded due to failure to follow instruction.
