Customizations needed for Shopify Store

We are launching a new theme for our website and need some customizations. Please include relevant examples of work with your bid.
1/ Include the text “Inc. VAT” after the price, and display the excl. VAT price underneath (needs to calculate based on the set Price) - see example attached
2/ Add a dropdown menu in the header, linking between our 3 websites (UK/USA/EU) - see example attached
3/ Customize the filters on our collection pages as per our current website
