Customisation of backend if Shopify

Hoping to add two small fields.
The first is under the SKU to have the supplier name show for all online/open orders.
The second thing is to have the number of items in the order to show up as it’s currently very small when it’s a multiple of one product and the pickers miss it.
I’d like that it would show the item quantity like it does in the cart on the POS if possible,
